BEN & JERRY'S FREE CONE DAY!

Hey PEOPLE!

pai seh, it's been one week since i last posted. HAHA.

Anyways, here's a lil update on what i've been busy and not so busy with:

FRIDAY- We(the sec 3s) had to open up a stall, selling stuff related to the International Friendship Day's theme, ASEAN! My class was assigned Indonesia!! We were selling was Satay, Fried Rice/Nasi Goreng & Bandung. To be honest, ALL OF US underestimated the crowd! WE HAD TONS OF PEOPLE PATRONISING OUR STALL! oh oh, th stall was open from 10 all the way to 3.30! On that day itself, we earned $400++! SUCCESS ACHIEVED!!:D (ps, i got 76% for my chem! thanks Shirlene, JiaWei and Roger for your help!)

WEEKEND- two words: IT SUCKED.

MONDAY- Same ol' school day... Had an english compre test, quite easy but i was the slowest in class(STANDARD case). After that, we found out that Ms Yip had a meeting, so for Geography, our assistant geog teacher, Mdm Ng(i think that's her name) taught us. If you ask me, i think her explanation is pretty good! That motivated me to revise Geography at night too. LOL. Oh, and at night, i texted all my friends, informing them about tomorrow's FREE CONE DAY. yeah. and Claire was hao lian-ing that her chinese was very good. She basically texted me EVERYTHING in chinese?! HAHA. funny girl..

TODAY- Art was boring, again. We had to draw/sketch/trace a certain object or picture and modify it. So let's say you have a picture of ship, you have to modify it to make it look like a whale? YEAH. POA quite alright. English wasn't exactly 'english', coz Ms Jaslin Kok didn't come, so a relief teacher took us. Chinese was boring, slacked all the way. SS was so-so. There was a test on the conflict between Sri Lanka and India, was supposed to memorise, but ended up not doing so. I HOPE THAT I CANT AT LEAST PASS WITH A C5!

After School, IT WAS TIME FOR BEN&JERRY'S! Initially, the people that was supposed to go were Bryan, Felicia, Jovan, QiuYing and Me. But in the end, Felicia couldn't go as she had council meeting and Jovan wasn't 'allowed' to go coz some people didn't want him to come, coz they didn't really like him? yeah. So Bryan, Me and QiuYing took a steady walk to J8. QiuYing went to service her phone, and we had to waited patiently for 25mins:) After that, we headed straight to the MRT station. Coincidentally, we met Tweety Bird and Le En at th station. They were going to Clark Quey to 'study'? HAHAHA. yeah. So we talked, joked and teased each other. The 3 of us then alighted at Novena coz we were going to United Square for the ice cream. While walking to US, I met KennethNG(from church) yeah. We said hi and he was like, " Going to Ben&Jerry's ahh?" haha. I replied, " yeah. ehh? how you know". Then he told me HE ALREADY HAD HIS?! WAH! SUPPERR PRO lah he! So fast reached and queued up already! LOL. Anyways, yeah. When we reached there, the que was SUPPPERRR DUPPPERRR LUPPPPERRR LONG! We initially decided NOT to que. So yeah. & suddenly, Bryan said he had to leave. Coz it was late and his father was at home? sighs. QiuYing&I felt quite bad, coz he came all the way here and got nothing? So BRYAN: SORRY x10000000! The two of us then decided to lunch at the Food Court downstairs. She had Hokkien Mee & I had Penang Mee Goreng. After lunch, we headed up to B&J'S to take a look at the que. Sadly, it was still very long. Just as we were about to leave for home(coz she didn't wanna que), we met Amirah, Glenda and Gladys. They had already gotten their ice creams!!! Anyways, We had some chats with them and as usual, they were very 'drama' and funny! Thankfully, the three girls persuaded QiuYing a bit, by saying, " Don't live to a year of regrets, coz this happens ONCE a year." LOL. And with all my persuations( i emphasized Amirah's point, told her how nice it was etc.), SHE AGREED TO QUE!!!!!! HAHA! It was tough, to be honest, but i tried, and succeeded!:) && after queueing up for 40mins, WE FINALLY GOT OUR ICE-CREAM. I had Chocolate Macadamia and she had the Coffee flavour. yeah. HAHA. After which, we walked around and then left for home as it was already 6. LMAO.

TOMORROW~ BIOLOGY TEST(chapter 5, enzymes). HOPEFULLY I CAN GET AT LEAST A B3!

p.s.: if you actually take a close look at the pictures of me and qiuying, you can see that her ice cream looked way nicer than mine, coz mine was melting:P &&& should i change the blog skin? :/

~ exam are starting to scare me, but i'm not disciplined and motivated enough to give my 100% yet. why?! >.< ~
